To complete your exchange (for damaged or defective orders only), you must email us within 7 days and attached proof of purchased and damage product photo. Once your exchange  has been approved, we will email you a new tracking number with the replacement product. Exchange cannot be replaced with other product other than the same one that was damaged. 


Once order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-returnable and non-exchangeable

All sales are final and non- refundable unless product was received damaged.

Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
